Introducing the CIVITTA Finland Alumni: Fredrik Aardemäe, Consultant

Fredrik joined CIVITTA in September 2019, having previously gained experience in the banking sector, where he worked with Nordic SMEs and large international subsidiaries. The success that CIVITTA has enjoyed in the CEE for the past years attracted Fredrik to CIVITTA to challenge the traditional management consulting industry in the Nordics. 

As a former national team athlete, Fredrik is always looking to challenge himself. His studies from the Aalto University School of Business have given him the most updated toolkit to help clients with the complex issues that modern businesses are facing. Fredrik has gained experience from various industries, such as media, circular economy, fitness & healthcare, and food manufacturing to name a few. His key competencies lie in product strategy development, conducting various analyses, and data visualization.

During his spare time, Fredrik is a sports enthusiast. In football, he earned more than 20 youth national team games and continues still to play to keep his fitness up. He also loves all racket sports.
