Introducing the CIVITTA Finland team: Tuomas Virtanen, CEO & Partner

Started CIVITTA's expansion to Nordics by founding the Finland office in Spring 2018. Tuomas sees tremendous opportunity in the CEE markets that can help and strengthen the Nordic economy and companies from both supply and demand perspectives. Has served the corporate advisory industry for over 10 years and feels that the Challenger way is the only way to provide sustainable value to organizations.

Tuomas has vast experience in the field of management consulting, market research and transactions across multiple industries. His key strengths lie within program and transformation management, commercial strategies and business excellence. Tuomas has become a trusted advisor especially within media, B2B services and logistics industries.

Outside of work, Tuomas is a sports enthusiast with a keen eye, especially for football and ice hockey. He enjoys spending time with his loving family, including two cats, but also tries to find time to push for new adventures, whether it is hiking, getting to learn a new racket sport or knowledge building via pub quizzes.
